MELBOURNE, Dec 31 AAP - Police today released the name of a young woman killed in a
car accident in north-eastern Victoria yesterday.
She was Natalie Jane Russell, 21, of Cecil Street, Benalla, a police spokesman said.
Ms Russell lost control of her car and it rolled over on the Midland Highway, about

semitrailer and three cars.
Police say the girl died on Wednesday).
This takes the number of deaths on Victoria's roads for 1999 to 379, compared with
387 over the same period last year.
In earlier accidents, a man died in a collision on the Northern Highway, south of Heathcote,
and a sedan struck and killed a male pedestrian in Melbourne's inner north, then smashed
