Fed: Crean signals forgiveness in final speech to caucus
SIMON CREAN has made his final address to Labor's caucus, declaring he's ready to forgive
those who engineered his downfall.
Mr CREAN has told Labor MPs and Senators he'll remain in parliament, and will serve
on the frontbench.
He says while it hurts to have to give up his job as Labor leader, he won't hold any
personal bitterness.
And he says nobody will be happier than him when Labor returns to power.
Mr CREAN was speaking ahead of a caucus vote that elected MARK LATHAM as leader.
