Qld; A night to forget for Gold Coast man
In a series of misadventures, a Gold Coast man who dropped a cigarette lighter into
petrol he was using to refuel his car was blasted onto an ant's nest and then copped a
drink driving charge.
Police say the 40-year-old motorist walked to a petrol station at Oxenford on the Gold
Coast, and got a jerry can of fuel after his car ran out early this morning.
He was refilling his car when the jerry can exploded after he accidentally dropped
