The first of the Adler Group properties are currently undergoing installation to enable immediate tenant access to the state-of-the-art telecommunications infrastructure required by Florida's growing technology firms.

The four properties - Adler Plaza in Miami, Fla., Miramar Commerce Park in Miramar, Fla., as well as New Town Commerce Park and New Town Commerce Center in Davie, Fla. - are the first of the Adler Group's 7.5 million square foot portfolio slated for installation of a Wired Environments telecommunications infrastructure. FlexxSpace, Adler's unique space flexibility solution, offers technology companies a rare real estate alternative in which infrastructure support and office and industrial space is virtually unlimited.

Through the installation of fiber optic networks, Wired Environments will create the sophisticated telecommunications systems needed to accommodate today's fast-growing companies.
